Club Registration Requirements

1.

All club registration packages must be submitted to the BCLA Office no later than 3:00pm, Monday, October 17, 2011

2.

Please address all packages to the PCFLL (not the BCLA), attention: PCFLL Registrar.

3.

Each package must contain the following:

 

a)

an alphabetized Master List of all players registered;

 

b)

an alphabetized list of registered players for each Division, broken down into each team, along with applicable registration cards;

 

c)

one cheque payable to the PCFLL (not the BCLA) for team registration which equals total number of club teams x $20.00 per team;

 

d)

for Boys Youth Field:

 

 

one cheque payable to the PCFLL (not the BCLA) for player registration which equals the number of registered players x $49.00 per player; and

 

e)

for Girls Youth Field:

 

 

i)

for associations fielding a girls program for the first time, one cheque payable to the PCFLL (not the BCLA) for player registration which equals the number of registered players x $20.00 per player; or

 

 

ii)

for associations fielding a girls program for the second time, one cheque payable to the PCFLL (not the BCLA) for player registration which equals the number of registered players x $27.00 per player; or

 

 

iii)

for all other associations fielding a girls program, one cheque payable to the PCFLL (not the BCLA) for player registration which equals the number of registered players x $49.00 per player;
